Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If your order qualifies for a refund, please send us an email detailing the issue with the item. We will provide you with an address to return the package. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days, minus any postage costs we incurred for your item. Postage costs will vary based on your location.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, reach out to your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as there may be a processing delay before a refund appears on your account.
